Registered & Operating Company in Malaysia registered with PSMB
Your company should be registered and operating in Malaysia and be registered with the PSMB (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad).

Contribute to HRD Levy & Eligible to apply for training grants
Your company must contribute to the HRD (Human Resources Development) Levy and be eligible to apply for training grants.
